Shahen Melikyan Joins Dyninno as Chief Legal Officer

Dyninno is delighted to announce that Shahen Melikyan has been appointed Chief Legal Officer of Dyninno Group of Companies. He will be responsible for legal strategy and execution, including corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, contracting, and dispute resolution.

Before joining Dyninno, Shahen served as Chief Legal Officer at Sistema Venture Capital, a VC firm investing in tech companies, where he was responsible for legal and investment issues. Previously, Shahen advised clients across projects including M&A, joint ventures, general corporate, and arbitration. He began his legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where he worked in 2008-2013 and specialized in corporate law, M&A and private equity.

Shahen graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University, studied International Corporate and Commercial Law at the King’s College London and Leadership at the THNK School of Creative Leadership.

In his new role, Shahen replaces Kirill Abaryshev, who left the Company in January with many thanks and good wishes from the team. “Shahen is a professional with a proven track record in corporate governance and M&A. I am sure that his highly relevant expertise and skills will support Dyninno and provide smooth execution in its expansion plans and business growth,” commented Alex Weinstein, Chairman and Co-founder of Dyninno Group of Companies. “His personal values are closely aligned with Dyninno’s, and I am very excited to have Shahen join our global leadership team,” Alex Weinstein concluded.
