We are looking for a Business Development Product Manager to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.
As a Business Development Product Manager you will lead our global payment initiatives across all our travel brands. You’ll own the roadmap for payment experiences, drive down acceptance costs, increase revenue from issuing products, and manage our relationships with financial institutions, networks, and processors. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the complexities of global payments and is excited about creating seamless and secure payment experiences for millions of travelers.
Responsibilities:
Payments Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and own the strategy to:
- Partner with top financial institutions to deliver seamless, high-value payment experiences.
- Lower payment acceptance costs while improving approval rates.
- Maximize revenue uplift from issuing and payment-linked products.
- Achieve processor independence through diversification and redundancy.
- Identify and integrate alternative payment methods that enhance the customer experience across markets.
Partnership Management
- Lead relationships with major card networks, issuing banks, BNPL providers, virtual card issuers, crypto payment platforms, fraud vendors, and PSPs – primarily U.S. based. Experience with credit card and B2C payment types would be considered as advantage.
- Oversee contract negotiations, commercial terms, platform integrations, and ongoing performance optimization.
Payments Operations
- Manage the acquisition of Merchant IDs (MIDs) based on evolving business needs.
- Oversee fraud prevention systems and strategies in collaboration with risk teams.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and operational smoothness.
- Ensure accurate review and reconciliation of payment processor statements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive the onboarding and expansion of payment capabilities—from due diligence and configuration to go-live and optimization.
- Build business cases for new payment products or functionality launches.
- Work closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, customer experience, and finance teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the payments industry, preferably in e-commerce or travel.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, authorization processes, and global alternative payment methods.
- Proven experience working with international payment providers and PSPs.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and BI tools; experience with Looker or similar is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in an international, high-risk, or high-volume transactional environment.
