As a part of the Dyninno Group’s FinTech sector we are looking for an experienced IT leader to join us within EcoFinance division as the CIO.
EcoFinance specializes in B2C financial services, offering seamless access to loans for underserved customers globally. Since the start of operations in 2015, we’ve issued over 390 million euros in loans.
Our team of 370+ skilled professionals collaborate across seven locations, and we are looking for new colleagues to drive our next growth phase and venture into new markets. Our current product offerings include Short-term Loans, Installment Loans, Credit lines and a Mobile App. We have plans to introduce new products in 2024. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for all aspects of our IT systems and infrastructure ensuring alignment with its business goals.
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
- Leverage technology and an enabler to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
- Establish efficient processes, policies, standards, and performance measurements to effectively manage IT work.
- Develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders to understand and define business needs and implement solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
- Develop and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as CTO/Head of Engineering/CIO role at least 5 years, preferably managing remote international teams.
- Previous experience in creating infrastructure and managing IT teams in the fintech industry, preferably in lending.
- Excellent leadership skills including problem-solving, communication, and employee development.
- Strong strategic thinking and business way of thinking with a demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with organization goals.
- Proven track record of success in leading software development teams working with multiple products and in different locations.
- Solid understanding of IT Technologies and project management tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues in English, as the company has foreign costumers, partners and the nature of the work requires the close cooperation with them.
Compensation:
The monthly salary range for this role is starting from 8,000 EUR gross depending on your skills and experience.
