We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team within Dyninno Group fintech division as a Customer Support and Relationship Specialist.

The successful candidate will have experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of company policies and regulations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all necessary customer documentation is prepared and maintained, all customer inquiries are answered on time and in accordance with company’s standards. Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the on-boarding process adheres to company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely and precise communication with customers.
  • Assist relationship managers and other departments in relation to cases connected with clients and their accounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in financial institution is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
