Executive Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Associate to work closely with our Founder. This role is pivotal in supporting both strategic and operational functions, and the ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the financial and business facets of the company.  

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Assistance: Help set KPIs for business teams and assist in refining investment presentations to enhance decision-making and track organizational performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Conduct preliminary research, data gathering and analysis on variety of topics in financial services and fintech. Support in drafting and reviewing financial statements and projections that influence business strategies.
  • Communication Management: Draft, edit, and proofread memos, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Project Management: Track tasks and projects to ensure they are prioritized appropriately against deadlines and significant organizational developments. Lead and support special projects as needed.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with administration and operations managers to ensure business operations run smoothly and efficiently.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as an Business Consultant/Advisor or similar role, preferably in a audit or fintech companies.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office.
  • Advanced level of English both written and verbal. 
  • Exceptional ability to manage business correspondence and craft high-quality presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial management. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.  

 Compensation:

The salary for this position is from 2,551 EUR to 3,134 EUR Gross per month.
