Helpdesk Specialist (Technical Support – 1st level)

We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join our Dynatech team within the global Dyninno Group. 

Dynatech is a multi-product tech hub supporting travel, fintech, and entertech divisions of Dyninno Group with IT, marketing, operations, and administrative expertise. Our team of forward-thinking professionals, spread across Latvia, Dubai, and India, harnesses the latest technological advancements and innovative thinking to deliver modern, game-changing solutions to clients in over 50 countries. 

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the setup and maintenance of hardware and software, resolving technical issues efficiently, and creating clear documentation for unique cases. We value fast learners with excellent communication skills and stress management abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, including office equipment (computers, printers, WiFi, video and sound equipment in meeting rooms, servers, etc.) 
  • Diagnose and resolve/troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing IT assistance to employees. 
  • Maintain clean and well-organized storage and workspaces for equipment and tools. 
  • Track and manage support tickets in Jira ticket management system, ensuring SLAs/deadlines are met and escalating issues to the other departments when necessary. 
  • Collaborate with external suppliers for services and equipment repairs or installations. 
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of the company’s IT processes and support systems. 
  • Participate in training new team members and providing guidance on hardware and software support procedures. 
  • Document unusual cases and issues, developing policies and procedures to prevent future occurrences and ensure consistent handling of similar cases across the team. 
  • IT hardware inventory full lifecycle management. 
  • Maintain clean and well-organized storage and workspaces for equipment and tools. 
  • Carry out other duties according to manager’s order. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the role of Technical Support Specialist/User Support Specialist/Helpdesk Specialist. 
  • Good written and verbal knowledge of Latvian language, as well as English as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.   
  • Proactivity, communication skills, ability to learn quickly and to work in a team. 
  • Interest in solving standard and non-standard problems. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills. 
  • Experience with: Windows, MacOS, Linux. 
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and upgrade skills through training, self-study, and hands-on experience. 
  • Ability to work in shifts (9:00-18:00; 10:00-19:00). 

Will be considered as advantage:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune. 
  • Experience with Jira or other task management/ticketing systems.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is between 1,300 EUR Gross and 1,600 EUR Gross per month.
