We are looking for an HR BP to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. With over 20 years of expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit at our core, we combine modern tech with a customer-first approach to simplify travel. We partner with 70+ airlines, offering a full booking experience with expert support – focused on value and convenience. Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.

The HR Business Partner for Enabling Functions is a strategic and hands-on HR role supporting teams across Finance, Legal, Communications, and Business Development. This role partners closely with senior leaders to drive the full people agenda, with a strong focus on leadership development, performance culture, learning, and compensation practices. In addition, the role serves as the primary HR point of contact for smaller international offices, ensuring consistent HR practices while adapting global approaches to local needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and Country Managers.
  • Run and improve the performance review process across all teams.
  • Create a clear and consistent performance framework (goals, competencies, evaluations).
  • Support leadership growth and succession planning for key roles.
  • Run regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Turn engagement insights into real actions and hold managers accountable.
  • Plan and deliver learning and development programs based on team needs.
  • Support HR processes across international offices, making sure everything is compliant and locally relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR (HRBP, HR Lead, HR Manager).
  • Experience managing performance review cycles end-to-end.
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders in an international environment.
  • Experience in leadership development and succession planning.
  • Confidence in coaching managers on feedback and team effectiveness.
  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
  • Ability to design and deliver L&D programs.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and HR practices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position starts with 3500 euro gross, depending on the candidate’s professional experience.
