We are looking for an HR Manager for Dyninno Latvia, previously known as Innovative Travel Solutions (ITS), who will focus on employee retention, engagement and talent acquisition within call/contact center. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and performance, managing HR operations team, collaborating with senior management on HR planning and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HR policies to support business growth and operational success.
Dyninno Latvia, previously known as Innovative Travel Solutions (ITS) operate within travel business division of Dyninno Group, helping travelers, families, and friends in both the economy and business segments reach their flight destinations, providing customer service, and offering a range of travel products across 60+ countries. We’ve got two offices in the most popular business districts of Riga – Quiet Center and Skanste, where our agents provide customer support on travel-related matters and sell flight tickets online.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing engagement and retention strategies to meet headcount needs and drive the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand short-term and long-term business strategy needs and build effective recruiting plans that align with business goals.
- Managing and mentoring a team of 2 HR operations/HR administration specialists, fostering a high-performance work environment while effectively delegating tasks to optimize team productivity.
- Creating a yearly headcount plan and fulfilling it.
- Proposing and putting into action development plans within HR Department.
- Planning, preparing, and participating in Employee Branding activities, conferences, and professional events on behalf of the company.
- Budgeting and controlling expenses for HR Strategy and initiatives implementation.
- Implementing and controlling quality of execution of global HR standards, policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Advising Senior Management on market salary and benefits structure benchmarks, best practices, and providing valuable insights.
- Coaching HR and Operations leaders.
- Collaborating with PR Department representatives to increase brand awareness and employee engagement.
- Escalating potential bottleneck situations to Global HR Director.
- Driving and ensuring strict adherence of HR policies by all managerial and non-managerial staff.
- Maintaining HRIS via regular auditing.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / HR Business Partner / HR Generalist, experience within call/contact center, retail, wholesale, logistics or telecommunications industries will be considered as advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies in various domains: Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management, Succession Planning, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR plans, policies, L&D programs aligned with business objectives.
- Experience managing HR budgets.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, including employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good English skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from EUR 3,300 gross up to EUR 3,800 gross per month depending on your experience and skills.
