We are looking for a dedicated IT Incident Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving IT incident confirmation, analysis, investigation, and escalation.
Responsibilities:
- Driving IT incident confirmation, analysis, investigation, and escalation to responsible parties.
- Root cause analysis and follow-ups with responsible parties.
- Incident resolution coordination till complete IT service recovery.
- Work with monitoring and log aggregation tools.
- Communication with external and internal service providers and stakeholders.
- Work in shifts according to the team’s schedule (including evening and night shifts, work on weekends), as well as on-call duty.
Requirements:
- A basic theoretical understanding of IT infrastructure services on networking, operating systems, application levels (web services) is a must-have to be successful in this role.
- Experience with some infrastructure/application monitoring, log management tools.
- Some familiarity with Linux systems at least on a basic command level.
- Basic understanding of IT Security principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1,800 – 2,300 EUR gross per month.
