IT Incident Manager

We are looking for a proactive, tech-driven IT Incident Manager to join Dynatech, part of the global Dyninno Group, at our Moldova office.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT incident response processes, from confirmation and investigation to resolution and service recovery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with monitoring and log management tools, and help improve Incident Management workflows through automation and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving IT incident confirmation, analysis, investigation, and escalation to the responsible parties.
  • Root cause analysis and follow-up with responsible parties.
  • Incident resolution coordination until complete IT service recovery.
  • Work with monitoring and log aggregation tools.
  • Communication with external and internal service providers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts for Incident Management workflows.
  • Work in shifts according to the team’s schedule (including evening and night shifts and weekend work), as well as on-call duty.

Requirements:

  • Basic theoretical understanding of IT infrastructure services – on networking, operating system, and application levels (web services) is a must-have to be successful in this role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • AI-native working style, actively integrating LLMs into daily incident management tasks.
  • Experience with infrastructure/application monitoring and log management tools.
  • Some familiarity with Linux systems, at least on a basic command level.
  • Basic understanding of IT Security principles.
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to the automation of Incident Management workflows using scripts or no-code tools.
  • End result-oriented mindset and ability to lead incident resolution from start to end.

Will be considered an advantage:

  • Experience writing prompts that produce actionable technical output for automation.
  • Experience working with N8N workflows.

Compensation:

  • The compensation for this position is up to 1,400 USD gross per month, depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
