Corporate Sales Specialist

As a Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be key in delivering top-notch service and tailored, effective solutions to clients’ travel needs.

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized services.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trustful client relationships, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in our travel systems and services to provide clients with insightful and tailored recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively to understand client needs and clearly explain the value of our products and services.
  • Identify potential issues and offer innovative solutions with a proactive approach to client management.
  • Apply various sales strategies to manage all aspects of travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, transfers, car rental, VIP and fast track, visa support, travel insurance, restaurants, events, and more).
  • Providing services in line with internal SLAs and developed KPIs, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
  • Accurately prepare required travel documentation for business trips in each location.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and suggest improvements to travel policies and workflows.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent issues by proposing initiatives to improve processes and workflow.

Requirements:  

  • Fluent in both English and Russian (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales and negotiation, demonstrating the ability to manage high-value accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of travel management systems; previous experience in the travel and/or airline industry as a personal assistant or in customer service (VIP CS and/or VIP sales would definitely be a plus).
  • A solution-focused mindset with a proactive and initiative-driven approach, able to identify opportunities for process improvement and present innovative solutions.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reliable, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet client needs and expectations.

Compensation:

  • Salary from $700 NET + up to $1000 bonuses based on your performance.
  • Monthly rotating schedule (subject to change based on department’s needs): 7 AM-4 PM / 2 PM-11 PM / 10 PM-7 AM
