The Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a crucial role as we continue to expand our operations. If you are passionate about HR, possess a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, and excel in delivering strategic HR solutions, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support a range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and facilitating orientation activities to foster engagement and cultural assimilation.
- Assist in performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development discussions, in partnership with managers and employees.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, addressing inquiries, and resolving minor conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support HR programs and policies implementation with a focus on enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, talent development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as a resource to employees, responding to HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance, and advising management on any required actions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, recommending and implementing improvements to HR processes and practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, utilizing HR systems effectively.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects, such as employer branding, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
- Provide HR reports and analytics to management, offering insights to support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of rich experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering within the contact center industry;
- Should have experience of working ERPs like SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle etc.;
- Experience in working in a highly competitive and goal-based performance driven environment is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus;
- Excellent hold on English language both verbal and written along with finesse in communication skills;
- Must be open to work as per business requirements. (Rotational shifts, weekend working, holiday working).
