We are looking for a Personal Assistant for the CEO & Business Development Director for the UAE and Middle East region of one of the Fintech business divisions of the Dyninno Group, specializing in UK Financial Services within the Payments sector.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive person who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations, effective time management, and confidentiality. The Personal Assistant will act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where necessary.
- Coordinate business and personal tasks, including event planning and personal errands.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, investors, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting presentations, proposals, and official communications.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budgeting for CEO-related activities.
- Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
