- Plan and deliver initiatives aligned with company priorities and team capacity.

- Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Drive experimentation and continuous product improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital/product environment.
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable working inside large codebases, reading and reasoning about code, not just directing engineering work from a distance.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic engineering workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) building prototypes or MVPs independently, evaluating AI-generated code, or working directly in an AI-assisted development pipeline.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product discovery, requirements, experimentation, and end-to-end delivery.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset and ability to connect product work to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in growth, analytics, conversion optimisation, or lead generation is a plus.
- Practical experience using AI tools for product analysis, funnel diagnostics, hypothesis generation, requirements, documentation, or design concepts.
- Experience with PostHog, Webflow, or similar product tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable making low-risk technical or configuration changes when appropriate and ideally comfortable going further: shipping small features, fixes, or prototypes directly when it accelerates delivery.
- We follow a hybrid working model, 3 days per week in our lovely office and 2 days remotely. We value collaboration and face-to-face teamwork while giving our people the flexibility to work effectively from home.
