We are looking for an Social Media Marketing Specialist, to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group Travel division.

Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content-driven social media strategies that increase brand awareness, organic reach, and audience engagement across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create high-quality content, manage social media channels, analyze performance, and ensure consistent brand communication aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-informed content strategies focused on growing organic reach, engagement, and audience attention across social platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, high-quality publishing aligned with brand voice and positioning.
- Produce and oversee engaging content formats (posts, reels, stories, carousels, short-form video) optimized for each platform.
- Analyze content performance using platform insights to understand what captures attention, drives engagement, and improves retention.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video creators to develop strong visual storytelling and compelling messaging.
- Monitor content trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual style, and messaging across all social media channels.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand, and audience-focused manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (considered an advantage, not mandatory).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proven experience managing brand accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visuals, trends, and engaging content formats.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, watch time) and apply insights.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from 1,500 EUR Gross up to 2,000 EUR Gross.
