Reputation is a team of social media specialists focused on managing online interactions and maintaining the company’s reputation. The team monitors and responds to comments across various platforms, ensuring high-quality customer engagement and effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor reviews across online platforms such as BBB, Trustpilot, Google, and others.
- Handle social media comments across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create leads for the sales team through customer interactions.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate departments (SS, CS, RPD, Sales).
- Monitor survey mailboxes and ensure customer requests are handled by the relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Ability to adjust tone to be empathetic, professional, and friendly.
- Ability to handle negative reviews, comments, emails, and messages without sounding defensive.
- Ability to write responses that build trust and de-escalate situations.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy without admitting fault unnecessarily.
- Understanding of how public responses impact brand image.
- Strong attention to detail.
Compensation:
- 525 USD net base salary.
- Performance-based bonuses according to KPI.
- Average monthly earnings of 1,200 USD gross.
