Anton joined the Dyninno team at the beginning of 2020. And when the COVID-19 pandemics blocked the whole world, Anton, being a newbie, was showing great results and rapidly grew his career and became a Team Leader. Today, with high dedication, he heads and coaches our newbies. Anton’s story proves that true leaders have the courage to continue and always searching for possibilities but no excuses.   

Job at Dyninno became a new step in my life. Endless possibilities, international quality standards, career opportunities, professional team – I found here everything I was looking for. Nelly Sama

SkyLux Travel Agent

Nelly started her journey at Dyninno as a travel agent in August 2020. As we all know, due to the pandemic the whole travel industry was affected, and it was a hard time for everyone. However, she consistently managed to be a top agent in the economy class ticket sales department and produced great results. 

She got promoted to the VIP CAI project, and was nominated to be one of first three agents to be selected to start that project.  

It required a lot of hard work, learning, and dedication to get promoted again to be a team leader. And there’s still more yet to come, and a lot of opportunities awaiting her at Dyninno, the place she’s proud to be a part of. 

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do and where you work. 

Janis Derums

Project Manager, Team Lead

Janis Derums started his career at Dyninno as a Helpdesk Specialist. Being very proactive, he always aimed to improve internal processes and tools. Many of his initiatives have been implemented thanks to the management’s open-minded attitude. It has stimulated him to seek the newest solutions, work on automating even more processes, share his knowledge and grow a more extensive and professional team. 

For the last four years, he’s worked as a team lead as he enjoys communicating with different people, searching for the best solutions to problems, and seeing how teamwork contributes to the company’s success.

Lauris Eglītis

Assistant Project Manager

Lauris Eglītis’ story speaks of the power of dedication, consistency, and a goal-oriented approach. In 2008, he began his career at the company as a Travel Agent. Since then, he has made significant strides in his professional journey, rising to the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Lauris credits his success to his unwavering commitment and loyalty to his work. Additionally, his focus on discipline, active listening, and empathy has allowed him to excel as a Senior Supervisor.

Roi Francis “Lao” Cambaling

Roi Francis “Lao” Cambaling is a highly motivated Travel Sales Agent at ITN who consistently goes the extra mile to deliver true value for his clients. He has always been driven by ambition and worked tirelessly at Dyninno Manila for three years, where he gained the opportunity to showcase his skills and dedication to clients.

Through his loyalty and perseverance, Lao achieved something that he never thought possible – rebuilding his lightly built family home by using more stable and sturdy materials. His partnership with Dyninno Manila provided him with the right opportunity to make his dream come true.

Ronnie Barwela (Webster) has a success story that speaks of hard work, determination, and the right opportunities. But above all, he believes that the secret to every small success is one’s work ethic. 

In his five-year journey with Dyninno, Webster faced many challenges but remained steadfast in his responsibilities and actions. His work ethic led to a promotion to Sales Supervisor, and ten months later, he was promoted again to Senior Sales Supervisor.

With financial freedom as his goal, Webster’s hard work and skills, as seen at Dyninno, paid off. He was able to save and buy a lot, and his future home will be built next month. Ankit Bansal

Technical Lead, Dyninno Technologies, India

Ankit Bansal’s journey with Dyninno Technologies began in 2021, when he joined the company as a Senior Developer. His technical skills and product-focused mindset were immediately apparent. He possessed excellent leadership qualities and a strong desire to learn and outperform.

Within just one year, Ankit’s hard work and dedication paid off, and he was promoted to Technical Lead in 2022. With his sleeves rolled up, he was always thinking about innovation and getting things done, which made him a valuable asset to the company. He was a quick learner with high attention to detail, ensuring the smoothest development of any software product.

Ankit’s vast and varied experience in web technologies, along with his eagerness to remain updated with the latest trends, proved to be extremely useful for the company and his team. Gowthami Hariharan

Gowthami Hariharan began her journey with Dyninno in January 2017 as an Agent in Riga. She quickly showed great potential and exceeded her targets with the help and guidance of her leaders. After a while, she moved back to India but kept in touch with the company. When she heard that Dyninno was opening a new branch, she jumped at the opportunity and rejoined in November 2019.

Gowthami’s hard work and dedication paid off, and she was promoted to Supervisor in January 2020. She continued to perform exceptionally well and worked on the feedback given by her mentors, which helped her develop her skills even further. She remained a Supervisor until March 2023.

Due to her outstanding performance and commitment, Gowthami was offered a new opportunity in the Learning and Development Team. This was a great achievement for her, and she was excited to continue her journey with Dyninno in this new role.

Philip Fouad Aziz Salib

Teamleader, Dyninno Egypt

Philip’s journey began when he made the bold decision to leave a stable salary and join the company that depended on his sales skills. He was initially hesitant to leave his comfort zone but quickly realized that he was in the right place, rapidly climbing the ladder.

Mostafa Mostafa Sayed Hassan (Oswald)

Sales Supervisor & Brand Ambassador, Dyninno Egypt

Oswald’s journey at Dyninno began during the COVID-19 pandemic, presenting numerous challenges for the newly established Cairo office. As a Sales Supervisor and Brand Ambassador, Oswald was determined to overcome obstacles and make a significant contribution to the team’s growth.

Within just eight months, Oswald had risen through the ranks and became the first local Sales Supervisor in Cairo. Despite having an engineering background, he continued to develop his skills with the support of the Dyninno family. Oswald’s leadership contributed significantly to the growth of five Sales Supervisors, an Expert Supervisor for the Cairo office, and several Senior Agents promoted to Sky Lux Travel within two years.

As a global ambassador, Oswald is proud to represent the Cairo office and share the company’s values of professional growth and excellence. His success story exemplifies the power of determination and perseverance in achieving goals.

Davron Egamov

Country Manager, Uzbekistan, Economy Class

Davron Egamov embarked on his career journey in 2016 as a Sales Agent at Dyninno Riga. There, he gained valuable experience and elevated his sales skills, swiftly progressing in his career. 

In 2017, Davron took on the role of Supervisor, overseeing the Starhill, Sharks, and Empire teams. Through his exceptional leadership, these teams achieved great results, securing top positions within the company. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, Davron successfully transitioned to online team management, ensuring work continuity and achieving company objectives. With a goal to become the top office in two years, Davron and his team are dedicated to attracting and supporting over 300 passionate agents. They plan to relocate to a more spacious office, fostering a comfortable environment for employee growth and excellence.

Otabek Abdupattaev

Country Manager, Uzbekistan, Business Class

Otabek’s professional journey began in 2012. At that time, he was studying in Riga and recognized that personal growth and progress would be limited without embracing new opportunities. Eager to combine his knowledge and enthusiasm, Otabek set out to lead projects and people to new heights of excellence.

Starting as a Sales representative, Otabek’s dedication earned him a promotion to a VIP project within 10 months. There, he took charge of planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of business and first-class operations for VIP clients. During a holiday at the Riga seaside, Otabek received thrilling news: he had been selected as a Team Lead. Embracing the dynamic work environment, diverse tasks, and increased responsibilities, he eagerly took on the role. Years of tireless effort ultimately led Otabek to his current position as Country Manager, where he oversees project performance and operational processes.

Otabek’s story proves that with passion, determination, and an openness to change, achievements are within reach.

I have learned and continue to learn many new things. Each day in the dynamic and demanding customer service sector comes with new challenges, and it’s important for us to face them together, as a team and even as a family. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the progress and celebrating the victories, big and small, achieved by our wonderful team.

Gennady Pugachov

Executive Vice President Operations

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.

Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights. His priority now and moving further is finding new ways to innovate the existing processes and to nurture the growth of every member of his team. 

Desire for innovation, ability to take on great responsibilities, and faith in themselves and each other – these are the main factors that allow the team to grow and achieve personal and professional achievements.

Aleksejs Histjajevs

Country Manager, India

Aleksejs Histjajevs is the Director at Dyninno India. Aleksejs started his journey with us as a travel agent in 2012, and over the years grew to become a prominent member of the leadership team at Dyninno Group of Companies.

He played an instrumental role in strengthening operations in the Philippines in 2015, and growing Dyninno’s travel brands’ presence on the UK market in 2017.

He shouldered the responsibility to establish Dyninno’s presence in India in 2019 and has been leading operations in Dyninno India ever since.  

Problem-solving is a superpower we can all develop with a cool head and a determined heart. I believe that there are no problems, just solutions waiting to be explored.
