We are looking for a talented Online Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us take our platform to the next level.

As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and expanding our brand reach through effective paid search advertising strategies and affiliates management. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns across various search engines, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. You will identify and onboard new affiliates, nurture relationships with existing partners, and optimize performance through effective affiliate marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, industry relationship team, and product, to align channels’ initiatives with business.


  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines and online marketing platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms, expand keyword lists, and refine targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy and develop effective ad extensions to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, including content publishers, influencers, and travel-related websites.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, including creative assets, marketing materials, and promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the online travel industry.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in paid search advertising and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including search engines, ad platforms, and agencies.
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to track and measure the impact of paid search campaigns on overall business metrics.
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimize the user journey and enhance the conversion funnel.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in Google Ads and other paid search platforms are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Search Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and ad management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to drive optimizations and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling ad copy.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and user experience best practices.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric mindset.
