Backoffice Customer Care Specialist

Trevolution / Moldova, Chisinau

Due to our client’s business expansion, we are currently looking to fill out the position of Сustomer Care Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle complex customer queries and complaints;
  • To solve customers’ issues;
  • To investigate complex customer cases and discrepancies;
  • To work closely with support and sales teams;
  • To manage written communication with the customers;
  • To coordinate the cases’ solution with different departments;
  • To work in CMS reporting the case;
  • To provide clients with feedback.

Requirements:

  • High intermediate or advanced English knowledge (B2-C1);
  • Intermediate to advanced PC knowledge;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Drive for results.

Compensation: starting from MDL 10 000 NET + Monthly Bonus
