Customer Support And Relationship Specialist

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Relationship Specialist. The successful candidate will have experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of company policies and regulations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all necessary customer documentation is prepared and maintained, all customer inquiries are answered on time and in accordance with company’s standards. Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Ensure the on-boarding process adheres to company policies and regulations;
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation;
  • Ensure timely and precise communication with customers.



  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Experience in financial institution is a must;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation: starting from 1700 EUR gross.
