Helpdesk Team Leader (Helpdesk 1st and 2nd level)

  • Manage team located in Riga and coordinate several Help Desk teams remotely which would be responsible for issuance of access rights for internal company users
  • Plan the day-to-day effectiveness of service provision and ensuring that targets are met
  • Participate in the creation of a unified technical support process in the company within 1st and 2nd Helpdesk level worldwide
  • Prepare instructions, technical manuals and documentation for the team to standardise several processes and review the existing ones
  • Establish collaboration with the several teams/locations abroad as part of the access rights issuance process
  • Conduct a technical audit of the current situation in the locations (processes, cooperation with other teams), recommend improvements


  • 3+ years relevant IT experience, preferably in the Helpdesk environment
  • Good written and verbal knowledge of English
  • Interest in solving standard and non-standard hardware (laptop, printer, WI-FI) and software problems
  • Experience on managing position, ability to manage team remotely and on-site
  • Experience with Helpdesk programs such as Active Directory, IDM, Jira, MS Office, Gmail, Remote Access tools
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks, split the responsibilities

  • Experience in selection of new employees to the team, conducting trainings, and mentoring new employees – onboarding
  • Latvian and Russian language knowledge
  • Linux and MacOS knowledge

Compensation: starting from 2500 EUR gross depending on your skills and experience

Svetlana has acquired a staggering 18 years experience in marketing. Her career path at Dyninno started in 2010 in the role of Casting Marketing Manager, where she managed advertisement, boosted traffic, and improved potential and existing customer engagement. 

Two years later, Svetlana shifted her focus to Trevolution Group and worked on improving the business class travel solution expansion. She helped to create new online and offline channels for lead generation, and with an amazing analytics team worked on creating the first internal analytic tool. Further exploring her career possibilities in Dyninno, in 2015, she joined the up and coming FinTech business as the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Svetlana truly excelled – she established all processes from scratch and helped generate revenue by increasing sales through various marketing campaigns.

In 2021 she returned to Trevolution Group and now continues her career as Digital Strategy Director, where she works on automating different digital and marketing processes, developing various communication channels, improving customer experience, and will focus on developing marketing strategy for the new markets.
