IT Help Desk Team Lead

Dynatech / India, New Delhi

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Helpdesk team (level 2)
  • Acts as the first point of contact for all IT issues, quickly responding to customers request for IT service within SLA guidelines
  • Provide creative and technical leadership to solve difficult problems.
  • Providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Communicate with other IT teams for issues that cannot be resolved by the Help desk.
  • Organise team schedules and team workflow.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce support incidents and increase customer satisfaction, including technical requirements for system changes

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with advance knowledge with technical support, and standard desktop applications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills.

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.
