Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using all possible tools (networking, social media, referrals, professional platforms) for different IT recruitment positions.
  • Conducting interviews (phone interviews, case interviews, online, offline).
  • Acting as a point of contact to managers and candidates during the recruitment cycle.
  • Providing our hiring managers with exceptional service, advice, direction, and feedback throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Work together on candidate journey and employer branding strategy ideas.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
  • Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for roles.
  • Interest in IT field and readiness to learn about programming languages and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open-minded and goal-oriented mindset with high energy level and sense of responsibility.
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian language skills. As we operate in more than 10 countries worldwide, these are three main languages that we use, but the more you know the better.

Compensation:

  • starting from 1,800 EUR gross per month.

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.

Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights. His priority now and moving further is finding new ways to innovate the existing processes and to nurture the growth of every member of his team.
