What you will do:

 

  • Be a legal contact to and provide routine legal support to mainly Procurement and, where necessary other business functions and senior management, provide consultations on legal requirements for different projects
  • Advice on labour-related legal matters
  • Review the agreements’ terms with Turkish vendors and communication with vendors regarding terms and conditions
  • Communication with lawyers of the Dyninno Group
  • Provide legal support to lawyers of the Dyninno Group with work permission procedures of senior-level ex-pat employees

What you will bring:

 

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Higher education (Bachelor of Laws as a minimum)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and professional level of English
  • Ability of decision-making in spheres of responsibility
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and to adapt to new operational/business environments
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills

Digital Strategy Director

Svetlana has acquired a staggering 18 years experience in marketing. Her career path at Dyninno started in 2010 in the role of Casting Marketing Manager, where she managed advertisement, boosted traffic, and improved potential and existing customer engagement. 

Two years later, Svetlana shifted her focus to Trevolution Group and worked on improving the business class travel solution expansion. She helped to create new online and offline channels for lead generation, and with an amazing analytics team worked on creating the first internal analytic tool. Further exploring her career possibilities in Dyninno, in 2015, she joined the up and coming FinTech business as the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Svetlana truly excelled – she established all processes from scratch and helped generate revenue by increasing sales through various marketing campaigns.

In 2021 she returned to Trevolution Group and now continues her career as Digital Strategy Director, where she works on automating different digital and marketing processes, developing various communication channels, improving customer experience, and will focus on developing marketing strategy for the new markets.
