Personal Assistant for Head Executive Search

Trevolution / Moldova, Chisinau

We are currently looking to fill out the position of Personal Assistant for Head Executive Search.



  • Manage timetables: coordinate customer calendars to organize internal meetings, and interview candidates;
  • Contacts with candidates for meeting logistics (select a link, exchange all links, send invitations, all notify, and so on);
  • Do analytics and research in different countries and cities, learn the cost and conditions of placing an ad on a specific resource, etc;
  • Make analytical compilations and thematic lists;
  • Send emails by template on my behalf;
  • Draw up documents in the required form;
  • Reminding of deadlines;
  • Request information;
  • Book restaurants, hotels, and services from different providers.


  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Russian and English level C1;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Organized and disciplined person;
  • Keep confidential.

Compensation:  19 500 MDL NET
