Our internal travel system is a crucial component of this mission, and we’re looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team and help us take our platform to the next level. As a Product Owner for our internal travel systems, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders to identify new features, define product requirements, and prioritize initiatives. You’ll use your analytical and strategic thinking skills to ensure that our product remains competitive, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives. All projects and products are within the Travel Division, and include among others involuntary schedule change management, ticket coupon status monitoring, and flight delay compensations. You will help define the future strategy and features, identify weaknesses, and improve current processes.

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.
His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.
Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights. His priority now and moving further is finding new ways to innovate the existing processes and to nurture the growth of every member of his team.
