Senior PHP Developer

Dynatech / Latvia, Riga

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.

 

Project:

Multi-project and modular feature rich FinTech CRM system with multitude of integrations that embraces modern approaches and technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and end-user representatives to identify and implement requirements and features;
  • Collaborate with a team of middle / senior developers, empower team’s technical skills;
  • Contribute to the goals of the business by bringing new ideas and by improving the existing processes and technical solutions;
  • Support system stability, robustness and overall reliability. Improve existing CI/CD processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with PHP (Symfony, Zend, Laravel, Vanilla);
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, development principles;
  • Knowledge of Databases and SQL;
  • Attention to details and ability to plan your work independently.

 

Will be considered an advantage:

  • Experience with PostgreSQL;
  • Experience with other languages like C, C++, Java, C#, Python, Rust or Go;
  • Work experience in FinTech field.

 

Compensation: 4500 EUR – 5750 EUR gross.

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.

Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights. His priority now and moving further is finding new ways to innovate the existing processes and to nurture the growth of every member of his team.
