Social Media Marketing Manager

One of our business divisions, operating in the Travel industry projects with over 1 million monthly visitors, is growing fast, and we are expanding our Marketing team.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, a passion for travel industry, and a creative mind. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.


  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and target audience;
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience across multiple social media platforms;
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for improved engagement and reach;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and alignment across all channels;
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance;
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions;
  • Engage with our social media audience and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing;
  • Experience managing social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making;
  • Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry;
  • Self-motivated, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation: 1677 EUR gross per month.

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.

Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights. His priority now and moving further is finding new ways to innovate the existing processes and to nurture the growth of every member of his team.
