Sr. Quality Analyst / Lead Quality Analyst

Role

The role is of a Quality Assurance /Senior Quality Assurance who will play an integral part in the development of our existing facilities and to set a new benchmark on the market. Our mission is to maximise people’s potential.

Requirements

  • 11+ years of professional experience in testing area.
  • 5+ years in Automation using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Maven.
  • Good experience in testing REST or SOAP services.
  • Working knowledge of GIT, CI/CD.
  • Experience in working with large and complex systems.
  • Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Involved in knowledge transfer to the newly recruited personnel.
  • Solid knowledge in SDLC/STLC
  • Automation Framework Design & Implementation
  • Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts.
  • The framework should be designed in such a way that it increases and speeds up their productivity.
  • Understanding, Analysing, Reviewing Test Requirements and specifications, analyse user stories, provide feedback.
  • Design new well-structured test cases, review existing ones
  • Perform manual & automation testing according to requirements and company procedures, analyse test results.
  • Identify, record, and document bugs in issue tracker and verify fixed defects.
  • Actively participate in the development process and daily communication with the development team.
  • Manage team and support their daily tasks by providing best practices.
  • Must be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the testing effort, and its schedule and prioritisation.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication and collaboration skills(intermediate).

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.

Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights.
