Systems Analyst

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.

As a Systems Analyst, your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. To succeed in this role, you should have an analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership of new process initiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in FinTech platform development, maintenance and research.
  • Analyse existing processes and update them according to business/legal requirements.
  • Analyse, document and suggest improvements to API’s, algorithms and data structures of existing systems and external connections.
  • Elaborate on new change requests and new feature requests with cross-functional teams.
  • Create user story scenarios, agree on sanity checks with stakeholders, participate in first testing sessions.
  • Decompose processes and tasks.
  • Analyze, evaluate and search for possibilities to improve existing processes – automate.
  • Be responsible for and keep up-to-date documentation concerning current system processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Work with development teams, business analysts and product owners.
  • Transform business ideas to precise technical requirements.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure a product or service and needed processes in a way that they are easily comprehensible to your colleagues (mainly product owners and developers).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good English language level.

What will be considered an advantage:

  • Knowledge or experience working with financial systems.
  • Experience with HTTP APIs.

Compensation:

Between EUR 3,000 gross and EUR 4,500 gross per month.
