Dyninno group, where you can be yourself and where we empower your dreams, is now seeking candidates for a Travel Products Expert (Specialist)  position.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Process leads and inquiries through our internal system and emails
  • Monitoring market conditions and analyzing various price changes
  • Process Travel Advisors’ flights requests in a timely manner
  • Assist the operations department in Global Distribution System and reservations
  • Provide agents with extra information related to any request
  • Monitor the sales made by the team and verify them on Price Drops
  • Request feedback on processed requests and report to the Advisor (if needed to take action)
  • Process the requests according to the provided workflow guidelines and standards of processing assigned leads
  • Attending ad hoc meetings/training scheduled in advance;
  • Keep up with the latest products/practices and relevant information applicable to each office.

What you will bring:

 

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Sales process, airlines policies, Global Distribution Systems Preferable Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo regulations, fare rules and restrictions knowledge is a plus
  • Proven analytical perspective and critical thinking skills
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good written and verbal knowledge of English
  • Good ability to work in a team
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills

Genadij received a major in Business Management and started his exciting career at Dyninno as a Travel Agent way back in 2010.

His diligence and ability to reach the best results quickly paid off, and he was promoted to a supervisor role only a year later. After two years of exceptional work, Genadij climbed another big step in his career and became the Travel Training Director, and just six months after, he was promoted again as the head of the whole Travel Sales Department, which he led for almost 3 years.

Now, for the last 6 years, he has taken on the great responsibility of being the Chief Operating Officer of Trevolution Group, where working hand in hand with a team of industry professionals, he constantly drives the Trevolution Group business towards new heights. His priority now and moving further is finding new ways to innovate the existing processes and to nurture the growth of every member of his team.
