What you will do:

Process leads and inquiries through our internal system and emails
Monitoring market conditions and analyzing various price changes
Process Travel Advisors’ flights requests in a timely manner
Assist the operations department in Global Distribution System and reservations
Provide agents with extra information related to any request
Monitor the sales made by the team and verify them on Price Drops
Request feedback on processed requests and report to the Advisor (if needed to take action)
Process the requests according to the provided workflow guidelines and standards of processing assigned leads
Attending ad hoc meetings/training scheduled in advance;
Keep up with the latest products/practices and relevant information applicable to each office.

What you will bring:

0-2 years of relevant experience
Sales process, airlines policies, Global Distribution Systems Preferable Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo regulations, fare rules and restrictions knowledge is a plus
Proven analytical perspective and critical thinking skills
Proven knowledge of MS Office applications
Good written and verbal knowledge of English
Good ability to work in a team
Ability to learn quickly
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills

Dear Employee Candidate, Thank you for your interest in our company and your application. We as, Dyninno Turkey Çağrı Hizmetleri ve Turizm Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “DYNINNO”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “Company”), having its registered office at Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. No: 199/6 Levent 199 Binası Kat: -1 Levent, Şişli-İstanbul, Türkiye, attach a great deal of value to human rights. In this context, within the scope of your job application to the DYNINNO, we as DYNINNO have prepared this “Privacy Notice on Processing Employee Candidates’ Personal Data” (“Privacy Notice”) to inform you of the personal data we process in the capacity of “data controller” pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”), the purposes for processing such data, the legal grounds and methods for the collection and processing of personal data, the recipient groups to whom your personal data may be transferred, the purposes for such transfers and your rights under the LPPD.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES?

We collect employee candidates’ personal data due to Our interests and requirements to determine the eligibility of an employee candidate, special labor legislations, and relevant national and local/state laws and regulations. In this context, we collect and process the following types of Data:

Identity Information: Name, surname, government issued ID number, social security number or similar;
Contact Information: Address, e-mail address and telephone number; 
Professional Experience: CVs, cover letters, social network data and other information specifically relevant to a particular vacancy.
Other (Reference Related Information): the content of telephone conversations, references from previous jobs indicated on the CV, contact details of colleagues from previous jobs for detailed feedback (for example, towards the end of a selection process when there are only a few candidates left).

Please note that in case where you provide third persons personal data, you are responsible for ensuring that your former colleagues have been made aware and do not object to the processing of their personal data (name, position, place of work, telephone, e-mail, etc.) for the purposes mentioned in this disclaimer.

COLLECTION METHOD, LEGAL GROUND AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data, is collected within the scope of your job application to DYNINNO through the information you send to the Company in writing through different channels (such as hand delivery, mail or e-mail) and documents such as CV, application form, and information submitted by employment and consultancy companies that the Company works with, and/or applications, CVs and candidate information submitted to the Company through various career portals and websites, information obtained during the interviews with the Company that can be made orally (face-to-face, telephone, teleconference, video conference, etc.) and interviews with the people you refer to in your application documents and is processed by the Company through automatic methods (electronic systems and programs used by the company) and non-automatic methods (physical file and record keeping) for the purposes stated below. Your Personal Data is processed within the scope of the evaluation of job applications, reference check processes based on the legal reason that it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, for the purposes of carrying out the application processes of employee candidates, evaluating the suitability of your qualifications, experiences and competencies as a candidate for the position to be assigned, conducting the selection and placement processes of the employee candidate and conducting communication activities within the scope of these processes. Also, your personal data is kept by Company as to future vacancies for 2 years based on the legal reason that processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

DATA RETENTION

We will keep your information for the various periods necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected during your recruitment process and employment. We will keep the information for a longer period where required by law. At the end of these periods we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your name, previous work experience and reference information are shared with the people you specify as a reference in your job application for the purpose of reference check and limited to the data required for this. Also, in case of any dispute, your Personal Data within the scope of your job application will be shared with legal authorities/judicial bodies and lawyers and consultants from whom the Company receives legal support services, to the extent and limited to the relevant dispute. If you consent, your Personal Data may be transferred to our Company headquarters and group companies in Moldova, EU, Philippines, USA, Brazil, Colombia, Philippines, Canada, Egypt, India, the UK, UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan to be kept in servers located abroad.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER LPPD

Within the framework of the LPPD and other legislation in force, you have a number of rights in relation to your information. Where you contact us to exercise your rights, we will not charge any fee as a rule and will respond that request within a month. We may request a fee when our explanation on your queries takes more than 10(ten) pages. If you prefer to receive answers on your queries via recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that we may request cannot exceed that media’s cost.

APPLICATIONS TO THE COMPANY WITHIN THE SCOPE OF YOUR RIGHTS

If you have any questions or requests regarding your personal data, similar to the other matters on human resources processes of our Company, you can send your enquiries and requests by sending an email to privacy.tr@dyninno.com. Your enquiries and requests shall be answered with transparency to the extent allowed by the applicable legislation, Company policies and procedures and the technical and administrative facilities. As for the official applications to be made to data controllers within the scope of secondary legislation, we remind you that the application must contain information such as name, surname, Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number for foreigners) of the applicant and the address to which the answer will be sent.

AMENDMENTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE

We might make minor amendments to this Privacy Notice which shall not have a negative impact to employee candidates’ privacy, except if laws are set otherwise. In case of material changes, we will definitely publish such amendments and amended Privacy Notice on our websites and notify employee’ candidates either by email or by pop-up windows within corporate communication systems.
