💭I Will Never Forget
Back when paper sick leave certificates were still required for reporting, we were missing one during month-end closing. The colleague couldn't come outside, so his manager and I drove to his address and actually had to climb over a fence to reach him and collect the document. A funny and memorable example of our value: Team is the Force.

🏆My Biggest Victory
Every time I manage to help someone, it feels like a victory.

🎯The Most Unexpected Task
During the COVID times, my manager came up with the idea of organizing an online Christmas event for the children of Dyninno colleagues, and I was offered the chance to be one of the animators. The “HR Snegurochki” project has been making colleagues and their kids happy for four years now.

A scorpion. Just like a scorpion, the company has stood the test of time and knows how to survive even in the toughest market conditions. It acts strategically, protects its interests, and remains a reliable partner to those on its side.
