Dyninno Candidate Portal – User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Dyninno Candidate Portal (the “Service”) operated by Dyninno Group DIFC and it’s affiliates (“Dyninno”.) 

By using this Service, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. 

These Terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Service. If you don’t agree with these Terms, you cannot use the Service. 

About the Dyninno Candidate Portal 

This portal helps you apply for jobs at Dyninno Group Companies. 

Through this Service, you can: 

• Apply directly for positions within the Dyninno Group 
• Update your personal details 
• Upload CV’s 
• Track the status of your applications 
• Accept or decline interviews if you’re selected to proceed 

1. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. If you provide false or incomplete information, we may immediately terminate your account. 

For details about what personal data we collect and your rights, please read our appropriate Candidate Privacy Notice depending on the Dyninno entity you are applying to. 

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Using this Service does not guarantee employment with Dyninno or its affiliates. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship or obligation for Dyninno to hire you. All hiring decisions are made at Company’s sole discretion based on business needs and candidate qualifications 

3. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that Dyninno does not own or control.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

Dyninno shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: 

• Your use of or inability to use the Service 
• Any errors or interruptions in the Service 
• Any content or links provided through the Service 
• Loss of data or employment opportunities 
• Any other matter relating to the Service 

This includes damages caused by third-party websites, technical errors, or reliance on information provided through the Service. 

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. 

When your account is terminated: 

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately 
• Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including limitations of liability 

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the principal place of business of Dyninno Management DIFC or the relevant affiliates.  

7. Waiver and Special Terms

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service. 

8. Changes to These Terms

Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. 

How we notify you: 

• For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users before the new terms become effective 
• Dyninno decides what constitutes a material change 

What happens next: 

• Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms 
• If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service
