DYNINNO GROUP PRIVACY NOTICE on photo / video (DATA) processing for corporate purposes
This notice applies to DATA of those who participated in the corporate event or specific photo/video session (data subjects).
DATA might be published on DYNINNO GROUP internal and external (e.g. social media) web resources.
DYNINNO GROUP will use DATA for the following Purposes (legitimate interests):
- management of team buildings and corporate activities (appreciation events, trainings, webinars, workshops, brainstorming, product launch events etc.);
- management of DYNINNO GROUP’s internal communication network;
- DYNINNO GROUP’s historical value enhancement and personnel engagement;
- sustaining DYNINNO GROUP’s reputation, management of corporate websites.
DYNINNO GROUP will not process DATA that is not in line with the business ethics and traditions, and that could leave a negative impact on data subjects (with unethical, amoral, or humiliating content).
The DATA controller is organiser of the event in which the data subject participates.

Data recipients: data subjects, responsible employees of the Controller, processors providing PR, IT support and maintenance services, internet users (if any).
Data retention periods:
- until the data subject objects the processing and DYNINNO GROUP is not able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which overrides the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject); or
- Purposes are achieved and DATA is irrevocably deleted.
Data subjects have rights:
- to receive the copy of this notice;
- to access DATA: in this data subjects should provide additional information on their identification and clarify details (website, time, date, event name etc.) which could help DYNINNO GROUP to find requested DATA;
- to erase their data (if applicable);
- to restrict the processing (if applicable);
- to object the processing (if applicable);
- in case there is a dispute with the controller which might not be resolved in an amicable way, to lodge a complaint with data protection authority (if applicable)
