We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our growing business development team. In this role, you will contribute directly to identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to expand our customer base. Responsibilities
- Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to support client outreach, follow-ups, and upselling initiatives.
- Market Research: Gather and organize market insights to help position our products and services effectively.
- Outbound activities: Open new business opportunities by prospecting leads and reaching out to them.
- Client Communication: Help maintain positive relationships with existing clients through timely communication and support.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and prepare simple reports for internal tracking.
- Metrics and Reporting: Support the team by tracking key sales and business development metrics, preparing regular reports, and helping analyze performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills.
- Some experience in customer service, sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks and follow-ups.
- Comfortable using tools like email, Excel, and CRM software
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with basic sales or market data.
- Languages: English (mandatory), Russian (preferred)
