The process of interviewing can vary across different roles, however, Dyninno hiring philosophy is universal for all positions.
The skills you’ll need depend on the role you're applying for, but at Dyninno, we all share a few important values. We look for people who are responsible, adaptable, and client-oriented. We value those who understand the importance of collaboration and teamwork, are eager to innovate, and who show integrity in their work. People who align with our values thrive in our environment, as our culture is built on mutual respect and growth.
The questions we ask depend on the role you're applying for. Typically, we have a friendly conversation where we discuss your past experiences, achievements, and the challenges you’ve faced in previous positions. We focus on understanding your potential and getting to know you better. We do not ask questions about where you see yourself in 20 years or any unethical inquiries.
The first technical interview is dedicated to a regular conversation between the Hiring Manager/Technical Interviewer and candidate. We are interested to hear about your technical experience, technical stack/technologies used, projects completed, biggest challenges etc. Next meeting can include task or live coding session. However it is mostly not about the speed and the result, but the way of thinking - it is always great to be on the same track and have a similar mindset.
After HR screen call stage, it takes 3-4 working days to move forward. After the interview with a Hiring Manager it usually takes longer (1-1.5 weeks), as we are having other interviews with the candidates for the same role in parallel. It really depends on the complexity of the role.
