She said: “Known for its impressive castles, hidden beaches and rugged coastline, Northumberland is the place to go if you want to experience the wild side of England.  “The first stop on your must-visit list is Hadrian’s Wall – an impressive World Heritage Site and possibly the most significant pile of stones in the UK, spanning 73 miles from coast to coast of northern England, with Northumberland holding the longest stretch of it. “I suggest biking, hiking, wandering or touring the Roman wall to discover the remains of the forts, towers, turrets and towns that once kept watch over it.” Continue reading here.
