Privacy Notice Egypt 

Privacy Notice on processing candidates’ personal data (CVs etc.) Given the fast pace of development and the nature of our operations, most positions may become available several times per year. If you are not selected on a particular occasion, your candidacy may nevertheless be considered during the next selection process applicable to you. Dyninno Egypt LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), careers@dyninno.com.eg as a controller processing personal data of candidates for the following PURPOSES: 

  • taking steps at the request of the candidate prior to entering into an employment contract (the actual process of personnel selection); 
  • storage of CVs and related data for future vacancies. 

Candidates’ personal data may include: 

  1. CVs, cover letters, email lists, the content of telephone conversations, references from previous jobs indicated on the CV, social network data and other information specifically relevant to a particular vacancy. 
  1. We may ask you to provide contact details of colleagues from previous jobs for detailed feedback (for example, towards the end of a selection process when there are only a few candidates left). In this case, you are responsible for ensuring that your former colleagues have been made aware and do not object to the processing of their personal data (name, position, place of work, telephone, e-mail, etc.) for the purposes mentioned in this disclaimer. 
  1. We might approach you at specialized recruitment forums (LinkedIn, etc.); points 1 , 2 and 3 together and separately hereinafter referred to as “DATA”. DATA retention periods: In case you are selected for employment following the selection process, you will be informed of any further data processing during the process of signing your employment contract. In case you are not selected for employment following the selection process: 
  • and request that we delete the DATA or object to the processing of DATA for future vacancies, your DATA will be deleted within 4 (four) months of the end of the selection process, except for the minimum necessary DATA, which will be kept for 5 (five) years to protect us and to comply with our legal requirements; 
  • and do not object to the processing of DATA for future vacancies, your DATA 

will be processed for a maximum of 5 (five) years, after which it will be 

deleted, except for the minimum necessary DATA to protect us and to comply with our legal requirements; 

  • the cooling period of the date source (Referral, agency) of resume would be for 6 (six) months. 

By providing us with data, you have the following RIGHTS to: 

  • request access to your personal data from the Company; 
  • modify or update data to facilitate the accomplishment of the purpose (i.e., to be selected as the best candidate); 
  • request deletion of your data by the Company (in cases specified in applicable legislation); 
  • object to the processing of your data (in cases specified in applicable legislation).

إشعار الخصوصية بشأن معالجة البيانات الشخصية للمرشحين (السير الذاتية إلخ) نظرًا للوتيرة السريعة للتطوير وطبيعة عملياتنا ، قد تصبح معظم الوظائف متاحة عدة مرات في السنة. إذا لم يتم اختيارك في مناسبة معينة ، فقد يتم النظر في ترشيحك أثناء عملية الاختيار التاليةينطبق عليك. دينيننو ايجبت ش.ذ.م.م (المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم “الشركة” ، “نحن” ، “لنا“) ، careers@dyninno.com.eg كمراقب يقوم بمعالجة البيانات الشخصية للمرشحين للأغراض التالية: 

  • اتخاذ خطوات بناءً على طلب المرشح قبل إبرام عقد عمل (العملية الفعلية لاختيار الموظفين) ؛ 
  • تخزين السير الذاتية والبيانات ذات الصلة للوظائف الشاغرة في المستقبل. 

 

قد تشمل البيانات الشخصية للمرشحين ما يلي: 

١- السير الذاتية ، وخطابات الغلاف ، وقوائم البريد الإلكتروني ، ومحتوى المحادثات الهاتفية ، والمراجع من الوظائف السابقة المشار إليها في السيرة الذاتية ، وبيانات الشبكة الاجتماعية وغيرها من المعلومات ذات الصلة على وجه التحديد بوظيفة شاغرة معينة. 

٢- قد نطلب منك تقديم تفاصيل الاتصال بزملائك من الوظائف السابقة للحصول على تعليقات مفصلة (على سبيل المثال ، في نهاية عملية الاختيار عندما لا يتبقى سوى عدد قليل من المرشحين). في هذه الحالة ، أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من إعلام زملائك السابقين وعدم الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتهم الشخصية (الاسم والوظيفة ومكان العمل والهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وما إلى ذلك) للأغراض المذكورة في إخلاء المسؤولية هذا. 

٣- قد نتواصل معك في منتديات التوظيف المتخصصة (LinkedIn ، وما إلى ذلك) ؛ النقاط 1 و 2 و 3 معًا وبشكل منفصل يشار إليها فيما بعد باسم “البيانات“. فترات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: في حالة اختيارك للعمل بعد عملية الاختيار ، سيتم إبلاغك بأي معالجة أخرى للبيانات أثناء عملية توقيع عقد العمل الخاص بك. في حالة عدم اختيارك للتوظيف بعد عملية الاختيار: 

  • ونطلب منا حذف البيانات أو الاعتراض على معالجة البيانات للوظائف الشاغرة في المستقبل ، سيتم حذف البيانات الخاصة بك في غضون 4 (أربعة) أشهر من نهاية عملية الاختيار ، باستثناء الحد الأدنى من البيانات الضرورية ، والتي سيتم الاحتفاظ بها لمدة 5 (خمس) سنوات لحمايتنا والامتثال لمتطلباتنا القانونية ؛ 
  • ولا تعترض على معالجة البيانات للوظائف الشاغرة في المستقبل ، بياناتك ستتم معالجتها لمدة أقصاها 5 (خمس) سنوات ، وبعد ذلك ستتم معالجتها 

بالحذف ، باستثناء الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لحمايتنا والامتثال لمتطلباتنا القانونية ؛ 

  • فترة التبريد لمصدر التاريخ (إحالة ، وكالة) للسيرة الذاتية ستكون لمدة 6 (ستة) أشهر. 

 

بتزويدنا بالبيانات ، لديك الحقوق التالية لـ: 

  • طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية من الشركة ؛ 
  • تعديل أو تحديث البيانات لتسهيل تحقيق الغرض (أي أن يتم اختياره كأفضل مرشح) ؛ 
  • طلب حذف بياناتك من قبل الشركة (في الحالات المحددة في التشريعات المعمول بها) ؛ 
  • الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك (في الحالات المحددة في التشريعات المعمول بها).
