Ecofinance Romania Achieves 40% Portfolio Growth Positioning It Between the Top Leaders in Market

Ecofinance, a financial technology company, that operates under the consumer brand name CreditPrime in Romania, last year has increased its portfolio by 40% compared to 2022. The total value of loans issued has reached 30 MN Euros, showing the company’s strong position in the local financial technology market.

Within seven years since the start of operations, the company has become an important player in the industry. Last year the number of registered clients grew by over 60%, compared to 2022. Currently, Ecofinance supports over 175,000 registered customers by providing access to affordable and flexible credit lines, helping Romanians to take hold on additional opportunities and overcome financial challenges.

“The upward dynamics of our business results in recent years, especially in 2023, have confirmed our operations compliance with customer expectations and the great contribution of Ecofinance employees’ team. The given trust by our customers strengthens our position as an important player in the dynamic landscape of financial technology, and we will continue to meet evolving customer demands in new, efficient ways”, emphasizes Rucsandra Larisa Stanciu, General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of Ecofinance Romania.

Mobile app and Virtual assistant to support Romanian needs

In Autumn 2023, following industry trends and addressing clients’ needs, Ecofinance launched a mobile app. It was followed by the launch of a Virtual assistant Alin, developed with DRUID, a global leader in AI-driven virtual assistants. With the implementation of virtual assistant, it has notably reduced the workload of company customer relations specialists, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. Customers can contact Alin and ask their questions about the services offered at any time of the day, both on weekdays and on holidays.

“The significance of automated, data-driven solutions in the fintech landscape becomes important for business efficiency and robust customer experience. Our recent introduction of the mobile app and virtual assistant has shown promising results, significantly enhancing client engagement with a more efficient way to access funds while streamlining our internal business processes. Not only is it crucial to align with the technological advancement trends of the industry but also to evaluate our services through the perspective of our customers, keeping personalization as the core value”, informs Rucsandra Larisa Stanciu.

She further emphasizes that this year the company’s commitment to integrating various automated solutions into services will remain a priority. However, it is essential to underline that the business model relies on delivering personalized, human-centric, and secure experiences, where the presence of a professional customer consultant is vitally essential.

Looking forward to this year, Ecofinance also plans to focus on strengthening positions in existing markets and working on new projects for future market expansion.
