Places to Find Job Applicants in 2024

As soon as the new year rolls around, people start thinking about change. In fact, close to 40% of adults in the United States make New Year’s resolutions each year. Although a lot of people focus on saving more money, eating healthier and losing weight, about 20% of those resolutions focus on reducing stress at work. Shorter commutes may make your work life less stressful. For some people, so can working at home. For others, hiring the right people to help take some of the workload off of your shoulders can make your job — and your life — easier.

Close to 40% of workers say their workload is a major cause of stress. They need others to help share the burden, or people available to whom they can delegate some of the responsibility. And there is no shortage of places where you can spend your time and money on job postings. It’s important that you make the best decision for you and your company.

We’ll take a look at some of the options available for you to find job applicants in 2024, and also talk about new technology that can help in the process.
