Responsabilități:

Primirea și procesarea cererilor primite de la clienții internaționali interesați de achiziționarea de bilete de avion și pachete turistice.
Asistarea clienților în alegerea celei mai bune opțiuni.
Utilizarea unuia dintre cele mai avansate motoare de rezervări de bilete de avion și excursii.
Construirea încrederii și a unei cooperări pe termen lung cu clienții.
Participarea la activități de formare și dezvoltare continuă.
Participarea la un program inițial de orientare profesională de 2 săptămâni.
Primirea de asistență 24/7 din partea unor formatori și mentori de clasă mondială.

Cerințe:

Nivel minim de engleză C1.
Flexibilitate în ceea ce privește orele de disponibilitate.
Rezistență la stres.
Bune abilități de negociere și comunicare.

Salariu:

Mediu $1500-$2500+ (salariu de baza+bonusuri)
