The Administrative Officer works closely with the Administrative Manager, to lead the development, implementation of facilities and administrative policies, and work with all disciplines including: information technology, finance, procurement, facility management and building operations, sustainability, landlord relations and space planning.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a high-quality and well motivated team;
  • Ensure high staff morale, trust, and work ethics;
  • Undertake annual Performance Reviews and action Improvement Planning when necessary;
  • Build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders and be comfortable working across all levels;
  • Monitor procedures and policies to ensure the company’s expectations are worked upon;
  • Respond efficiently to requests, providing timelines, and timely feedback throughout the solutioning;
  • Maintain a regular governance meetings to quickly address needs and concerns;
  • Ensure that the team’s financial operations are meeting targets and, when not, escalate for support;
  • Assist and monitor financial processes to ensure account payable procedures are followed at all times;
  • Align operational reporting with finance timelines to ensure timeliness of process;
  • Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards;
  • Implement industry best practice operations;
  • Monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times;
  • Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met;
  • Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards;
  • Maintain an updated Admin Playbook;
  • Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program;
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans;
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures;
  • Adhere to Dyninno’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the company’s guidelines.

 

Requirements

  • Preferably licensed Engineer (electrical/mechanical), and or graduate of Eletrical or Mechanical course;
  • With at least 1 year technical experience in Admin and Facilities Management;
  • Preferably with admin and facilities management experience in BPO Industry;
  • Team player and flexible;
  • Must willing to work on shifting schedule;

  • Compensation package is up to Php35,000 monthly.
