Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in a fast-paced environment. As the L&D Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and lead a team of Learning and Development Specialists. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and executing effective learning strategies to drive employee performance and development.

Responsibilities

Safeguard the future potential needs of the organization in alignment with business managers by managing the career development process.
Design succession planning through partnering with business managers to identify key people in the company and develop their management and business required skills.
Identify and assess future and current training needs by taking inputs from job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with business managers and HRBP.
Design and deliver training programs for up-skilling of employees in conjunction with the business managers, monitor agreed SLA’s and quality of outputs.
Contribute towards the business in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures, and any other service innovation changes that would improve the employee experience and learning journey.
Lead a team of Learning and Development Specialists.

Requirements

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in L&D, OD and training.
Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory.
Strong knowledge of effective learning and development tools and models.
Proven experience of content creation and delivery.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

(“DYNINNO”) will collect, use and process my personal data* provided by me or possessed by DYNINNO in the course of my application or employment for one or more of the Purposes (hereinafter defined) as set out further below. * Personal Data refers to all types of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information. Personal Information refers to any information, whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual. The personal data shall only be retained for as long as necessary for: (a) the fulfillment of the declared and legitimate Purposes specified herein, or when the processing relevant to such Purposes has been terminated, (b) for the establishment, exercise or defense of my and DYNINNO’s legal claims, or (c) for any other legitimate business purpose.
The data subject’s (applicant’s) rights to the extent recognized by Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable laws, shall be respected by DYNINNO. This includes the rights to information, object, access, rectification, erasure or blocking, damages and data portability. For these purposes, DYNINNO shall adopt the necessary physical, organizational, and technical security measures required under the relevant law, rules, and regulations.
