Trevolution Group focuses on agency sales of air tickets and travel services to both retail and corporate clients, and it now sells over 70,000 air tickets and package holidays every month and is the seventh-largest consolidator in the US.

With our fast-growing business projects, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Develop Project Management Processes: Skillful in organizing and optimizing rituals and processes, such as Product Committee, Prioritisation Framework.
  • Facilitating Team Events: Proficient in organizing and facilitating various team events, fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Enhancing Delivery Process Management: Specialize in enhancing the culture and effectiveness of product delivery processes, ensuring teams deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Coaching in Scrum Methodology: Provide coaching and training to empower team members in adopting and mastering the Scrum framework, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
  • Proven ability to facilitate team events and workshops, fostering engagement and driving actionable outcomes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced IT environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Coach or PmP/Prince2, committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation:

Depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
