Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts – with a primary focus on bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the demands of our growing office.

Responsibilities

Bulk Hiring Strategy. Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for bulk hiring in the contact center, ensuring the timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Sourcing and Pipeline Building. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust talent pipeline, including online job boards, social media, industry networking, and other creative channels.
Candidate Screening and Assessment. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role, including skills, cultural fit, and competitive target driven performance expectations.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
Employer Branding. Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand to attract top talent. Implement initiatives to improve the candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data-Driven Decision Making. Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, make data-driven decisions, and continuously optimize the hiring effectiveness and process.
Interview Coordination. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Offer Management. Close offer process, including negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding logistics.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of rich experience in recruitment, selection, headhunting, full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing (End-to-end Talent Acquisition) in a contact center setup.
Experience in working with a few AI tools for interviewing purposes and ERPs like SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle etc.
Experience in working in a highly competitive and target-driven environment is a plus. And must have hired Sales and Customer Service roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent.
Excellent hold on the English language both – verbal and written along with finesse in communication skills.
Must be open to work as per business requirements.

(“DYNINNO”) will collect, use and process my personal data* provided by me or possessed by DYNINNO in the course of my application or employment for one or more of the Purposes (hereinafter defined) as set out further below. * Personal Data refers to all types of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information. DYNINNO will disclose my personal data collected to the authorized personnel of DYNINNO, as well as outsource service providers, including DYNINNO’s affiliates, subsidiaries, and sister companies for purposes of evaluating and verifying the information contained in my application for employment with DYNINNO, and as may be required under laws, rules and other regulations.

The personal data shall only be retained for as long as necessary for: (a) the fulfillment of the declared and legitimate Purposes specified herein, or when the processing relevant to such Purposes has been terminated, (b) for the establishment, exercise or defense of my and DYNINNO’s legal claims, or (c) for any other legitimate business purpose.
The data subject’s (applicant’s) rights to the extent recognized by Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable laws, shall be respected by DYNINNO. This includes the rights to information, object, access, rectification, erasure or blocking, damages and data portability. For these purposes, DYNINNO shall adopt the necessary physical, organizational, and technical security measures required under the relevant law, rules, and regulations.
